Meet the Team

Susan J. Goldman

is an artist, master printmaker, curator, and filmmaker. She is the Founding Director of Lily Press® along with Printmaking Legacy Project®, a non-profit preserving printmaking practice and history. Since the founding of Lily Press® in 2005, she has collaborated with artists including Elizabeth Catlett, Sam Gilliam, Victor Ekpuk, Halim Flowers, Keiko Hara, Ellen Hill, Jun Lee, EJ Montgomery, Linn Meyers, Eve Stockton and Renee Stout.

Goldman received her BFA in Printmaking from Indiana University-Bloom­ington 1981 and MFA in Printmaking from Arizona State University-Tem­pe 1984. Goldman taught printmaking at the Corcoran, MICA, and Georgetown University (1991-97). She was the Master Printer/Program Director at Pyramid Atlantic (1990-2000). She was an Adjunct Professor/Master Printer Navigation Press printing with William T. Wiley, Enrique Chagoya, Karen Kunc, Wendy Ross and William Dunlap at George Mason University (2000-2012). Goldman received a 2011-12 NEA Grant for Midwest Matrix ®, a groundbreaking documentary on fine art printmaking tradition of the American Midwest. Goldman's own work is in collections worldwide. Bridget Sue Lambert

is an artist and master digital print specialist who has been collaboratively printing with artists for over 20 years. Bridget enjoys the challenge of applying her color management expertise to produce prints that draw out the best qualities of the work as well as using her experience and skills to help artists bring their ideas to fruition.

She received a Bachelors in Studio Arts at the University of Maryland, College Park and worked for Pyramid Atlantic: Riverdale, for seven years as Assistant Director and resident printer in Maryland. From 2001 to 2010 she ran AAGPA Editions, a digital fine art printing press in Annapolis, MD. From 2010 to 2011 she ran Furthermore Prints, a contemporary digital press in Washington, DC. In 2012 Lambert purchased her own large format ink jet printer and works out of her home in Washington, DC and from her studio in Arlington, VA where she was a resident artist at the Arlington Arts Center until 2016. Bridget also photos and prints her own work in which she constructs scenes that simulate the emotional and physical clutter surrounding romantic relationships as well as a woman’s relationship with herself. Fine art pigment prints are made on a large format printer with pigment inks on a variety of hand-picked archival papers and media. Attention is paid to achieving the highest quality detail concentrating on tone, dynamic shadow and color accuracy.

Idrissa Sidibe

Collaborative Printmaker, Photographer, Production Assistant has been working at Lily Press® since 2023. He handles pre-/post-production tasks, artist editioning, video editing, and studio maintenance.

Idrissa Sidibe received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in 2021, where he was the recipient of The Rhodes Award for Outstanding Student. He was invited into The Mentors program at SVA which cultivates relationships between established and emerging artists and to introduce new talent to the broader community. Established in 1992, this program pairs select fourth-year students with key figures in the arts community, giving them professional insight into their work during a culminating point in their education, and exhibiting in the "Mentor Show "Associated with School of Visual Arts.

Idrissa was a studio intern at the Lower East Side Printshop Inc., assisting in printing for collaborative projects with artists in residence, classes, exhibition preparation, installation, public events at LESP and offsite Studio and office management. He also worked as a Temporary Studio Assistant at Kayrock Screen Printing in the New York City Metropolitan area, assisting as an apparel press operator, ink preparation, order, packing, shipping and handling.

Emma Dardis

is a multi-disciplined designer with expertise in digital advertising, brand design, motion graphics, and illustration. She leverages a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to craft impactful solutions that engage audiences and drive brand success.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from George Mason University’s School of Art in 2021. After which she quickly transitioned to working as a designer at Lily Press®. She handles all design, marketing, and social media responsibilities.
